SCOPE OF WORK
For Security Services by AWP to JRLA:
AWP stands ready to provide a full suite of security services to ensure the safety and well- being of the JRLA. This includes but not limited to:
• Mobile Patrols: Conducting regular patrols of both internal and external school areas,
ensuring a visible security presence.
• Hall Sweeps: Performing systematic sweeps of hallways to monitor and maintain order.
• Student Supervision: Being present during student arrival and dismissal times to ensure safety and compliance with school policies.
• Monitoring Activities: Vigilantly observing for any suspicious behavior and securing all access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Engagement with Students: Interacting positively with students to foster a safe environment and promote adherence to school rules.
Staffing and service Hours – We are prepared to provide two security officers for the following shifts: 1) Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm & 2) 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
We are also available to support other events and functions as requested.
Additionally, AWP will oversee security during school events, manage incident responses, and support emergency preparedness efforts. Security personnel will be tasked with various duties as directed by school administration.
They will possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills to effectively address any issues that may arise.
The security services will be operational during designated shifts, covering regular school hours as well as after-school activities. Clear protocols for reporting incidents and maintaining open communication with school administration will be established to ensure effective collaboration.
